Hi my name is Vina and I am passionate about people and property and working together with clients to achieve their property goals. I am a great believer in working ethically, with honesty and integrity. My motto is any transactions I enter into with our clients should always be a WIN WIN WIN for all parties concerned. This philosophy forms the basis and back-bone of all my client dealings.

I started my property journey over 20 years ago with a portfolio of Buy to Lets and other Commercial investment. Whilst I front and run Vina Property Options, I work with an incredible team of professional property experts nationwide. Their ever increasing knowledge and expertise amidst the constantly changing property landscape, continues to strengthen and broaden the quality of solutions and options we are able to generate and offer our clients. There are just too many awesome team members to include on this page, but they all know who they are.

In addition to the Property business, I also run an Engineering business with my husband that we started in 1996. My wonderful children continue to rock my world and in addition to my family, friends and property, I also love food, reading, music, travelling, cricket and of course shopping.

Hi my name is Rishi and I am currently completing my Economics degree at Loughborough University. Academic studying is not a passion of mine, but people and property are.  I have been working with my business partner (who also happens to be my mum) in helping people solve their property problems and finding great deals for investors. 

I am a strong believer that everybody should be able to do what they love and love what they do. I love talking to people which complements by enthusiastic personality. Whether it’s discussing with an investor on how to get better returns on their money or talking to a property owner who has some challenges regarding the sale of their property – creating WIN WIN solutions gives me a real buzz. I find hearing about people’s property journey’s really interesting and fascinating. 

Being hands on, viewing countless properties, talking to property owners, investors and agents has enabled me to develop lasting connections. There is so much knowledge and learning in the ‘doing’ and my wealth of knowledge has expanded far greater than the books and papers I’ve been reading at University! 

Everyone needs somewhere to live and have a home and people will always buy and sell property. I love that property is everywhere and it will always be here to stay. Whether it’s sourcing deals in a targeted investment area, or discussing creative options for any property challenges you are facing,  I am confident that I will be able to help you or know someone who can. 

In addition to property, I have been a keen sportsman since taking my first steps, playing representative Cricket, Badminton and Tennis over the years. I also  have a massive passion for music, tasty food and travelling to new places.
